These days, more and more people are ordering products one at a time and having them delivered to their door. This results in delivery companies making multiple deliveries to the same address, rapidly increasing our global CO2 emissions.

Because of this, we require customers to purchase a minimum number of products to be able to place an order.

We want to encourage everyone to get into the practice of thinking ahead and ordering everything they need in one go, as this decreases the carbon footprint per product ordered.

Shipping less frequently means less transport emissions and less packaging (even though our box, its tape, and paper are naturally biodegradable (and compostable!)).

If you purchase products individually:

Your items will ship immediately following your order.

If you purchase a Green Groomer Subscription:

Your your items will ship according to your chosen subscription interval.

Need a break? No problem! Simply skip your next upcoming order, your following one will ship as normal :)

Canadian orders are shipped through Canada Post.

We offer free shipping on orders over $70.

Initial purchases should arrive within 2-6 days, depending on your location.

Most USA orders are shipped through Canada Post, but some may come through DHL or FedEx.

Orders being delivered to the USA will need to clear customs which may cause unexpected delays. Please note that you are responsible for all duty, import fees, and/or additional taxes.

We do not currently offer shipping outside of North America.

We have carefully selected each and every piece of packaging to ensure it is either reusable or at least biodegradable. Much of it is compostable as well!
